  • The artwork in the plaza of the Federal Building, Louisville, KY is an enameled aluminum sculpture standing 18 feet tall.  It is a modular work constructed of 8 irregularly-fashioned paddle-shaped modules 12 feet long, with flanges constructed of three-quarter-inch thick aluminium. It is painted 12 shades of red, orange, yellow, blue, and green.
