  • Shapiro's 11" tall bronze untitled sculpture is reminiscent of a cartwheeling figure, legs akimbo. Two arms, pressed tightly together, support the weight of the tumbling figure. Shapiro's simplified Minimalist forms are constructed of stacked bronze elements which appear magically kinetic in nature, yet are constructed of sturdy and immobile materials.
