  • The work is an acrylic on canvas abstract painting.  The artist laid out a triangular grid and then utilized both sides of the canvas.  The artist explained that she created the work by "pushing paint, moving it with brushes, my hands, sticks, rags - whatever to get the paint to move from the back of the canvas to the front." The result is a work of art in layers of color and levels of triangular patterning on both sides of the canvas. This creates an image that is often translucent.
