  • Otterness has replaced the existing water feature of the roof terrace with a "fountain of technology" (computers, lawyers, beavers, chairs, desks...).  A grouping of trees and beavers on the west side shows beavers cutting down the tree of knowledge, making it into logs and lumber and then recontructing the tree.  The third sculpture scene, near the west end of the roof garden, depicts a mini courtroom drama.  Animals portray the various court characters, including an owl for the judge, a cat on trial and a dog attorney.  Four animal jurors sit in a jury box and a human figure stands to the right.
