In the lobby of the new Federal Courthouse are symbols associated with the judicial system - Justice, Freedom and the release from Bondage. These symbols have been fashioned into a 12 foot mahogony wall-relief for the lobby of the Federal Courthouse by William F. Joseph of Denver. The figure with the upraised arm represents Justice; the crouching figure is Bondage, while, just below, Freedom is depicted as a figure with broken chains. To the right is a symbolic depiction of man's concern for the plight of his fellow-man.
