Included in 1972 survey.  Commissioned under Treasury Relief Art Project; contract dated December 17, 1935; and work installed June 1, 1937. One of group of 9 paintings circling counter area of lobby.  Lunette shapped. Boynton was assisted by Robert Nurok.
