  • "Artifact" is a water sculpture, 21' X 12' X 12', composed of stainless steel and water.  It is located in the center of a 20' diameter pool.  Naylor's choice of material was based on stainless steel's durable and plastic properties. The artist employed curvilinear forms and varied angles to stretch the limits of the material and highlighting its plastic qualities, movement and change.
