  • This piece enhances and augments what an atrium is all about-light and air.  By suspending a combination of eight distinctively different Austrian crystals and mirrored cubes (8000 crystals in all) in a particular configuration from the Space Frame of the atrium, all available light comes into play.  Each of the 8000 crystals and mirrored cubes is attached to the Space Frame by it's own (hardly visible) wire.  Picking up air currents, each crystal will move independently, projecting small, elusive rainbows, prisms, color dots and dashes below and around the piece.
