- This plaster panel is one of two large models of the relief sculpture intended for the Federal Office Building in Nashville, Tennessee. The original sculptures were to be carved in granite, however, the originals were never created. Central figure is seated female, at proper left is smaller female seated on ground in profile, on proper right is male walking, head down, away from females.There is a monument in central background and a sunset in proper left background. "Justice" is carved into upper proper left corner.
