- Revelle's work is a photo based ceramic tile mural using computer digitized composites of photos. The mural depicts key events associated with the actual Fort Myers fort by choosing more representative imagery rather than simply portraits, during the mid 1800's. The three major events Revelle's work represents are: 1) the decline of the Caloosas which involved the Seminole Wars; 2) The Union Troops, and significantly a company of African American Union Troop; and 3) the extremely important function of cattle played in the development of Ft. Myers.
