- GSA commissioned artist Carmen Quinto Plunkett to create this trio of artworks for the border station in Haines, Alaska. The three wooden panels are carved, painted, and sealed, with details made from abalone shell, stainless steel, and copper. Each panel tells a story based on Tlingit legend.
