  • The mural depicts the administration of justice to all people, guiding the progress of Florida from its early beginnings to a modern State. The central Judge is off the bench, suggesting a closer and more intimate relationship between the Court and its people. The mural also shows a group of Seminoles in the tropical wilderness, natural products from the sea and soil,  phases of cultural development, recreationist enjoying Florida's tropical outdoor life, activity of the water front and the loading of great commercial liners.
