  • Larry Kirkland designed two sculptural pendants for the newly renovated Federal Courthouse in Pensacola, Florida.  Pensacola Pendants can be viewed both from the exterior of the building, through the front entryway, and from the withing the lobby. When viewed from below, the artwork's nestled star formation is revealed.  The stars reference the U.S. flag, as well as the offical insignia of the armed forces that historically are such an important presence in the Pensacola region.
