- Spain is fancifully portrayed by Queen Isabella who shows a globe displaying the new continent that "she has given to the World." Weighs 200 tons. The female figure of Spain is dressed in a elaborately decorated dress. On the figure's head rests a crown. Her proper right arm hangs down her side, the hand rests on a globe. The proper left arm is slightly bent, this hand rests on a shield placed at Spain's proper left side. The face of the shield is decorated with a coat of arms. The initials and name "FML TONETTI SC" are engraved on the proper right side of the base. The sculpture is carved from two sections of Tennessee "Marble" limestone. The alignment between the bottom carved stone section and the granite base is fairly regular around all sides.
